My Approach
In working together, you will find that I use an integrated approach, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual client. I work from a client-centered and trauma-informed perspective, blending techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Strengths-based approach, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy. Somatic Therapy helps clients connect their mind and body, using awareness of physical sensations to process and release stored trauma.

I also incorporate Attachment Theory and Mindfulness, encouraging a mind, body, and soul approach that fosters self-compassion and emotional grounding. Through these methods, clients can build emotional awareness, enhance self-compassion, and foster healthier relationships, ultimately leading to personal clarity and resilience.

My approach is grounded in a faith-based and culturally sensitive perspective, recognizing the significance of spiritual beliefs in the healing process. I strive to create a safe space for Muslim clients, where we can explore emotional struggles while honoring their faith and values.

Together, we will build on your strengths to develop coping skills and strategies that empower you to manage life more effectively. I view the counseling process as a collaborative journey—a path toward self-awareness, self-discovery, and positive change.
